Africa Bitcoin Corporation (ABC) is a cash-generative African financial services group that funds the small and medium-sized enterprises that create jobs across the continent. We originate secured loans to African SMEs through our private credit platform, and we hold Bitcoin as a strategic treasury reserve, used as globally recognised collateral to borrow at low rates that lower our cost of capital. ABC is already listed on the JSE Main Board (BAC), A2X (BAC), the Namibian Stock Exchange (BAN), the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States (AFBCF) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (4BC).

We are now preparing to list on the Aquis Growth Exchange in London. The proposed admission is expected shortly and will give UK and European investors direct, sterling-denominated access to the company.

This part of our website is intended for professional investors who would like to learn more about ABC and the proposed Aquis admission, watch our latest interviews and impact stories, read our investor materials, and register their interest in participating in the IPO.
